Dear partner in the gospel,
We trust you are well and had a good Easter with your family. This year Easter was like no other. It was precious to hear of families reading their Bibles, worshiping and praying together. Many took communion and joined online services with their churches. Our pastors in Asia also connected and ministered to their people online and over the phone. We had to cancel three overseas missions trips due to spread of the virus but every day we are speaking, ministering and praying with all our pastors, national leaders, and missionaries.
From all over the world we hear testimonies of people being healed from the Covid-19 virus. Marinela, is a nurse in Italy. She recently got saved and asked the Lord to use her for His purposes. Little did she know what was about to happen. When the pandemic hit, she found herself immersed in caring for Covid-19 patients. Despite the overwhelming and exhausting circumstances, her heart was filled with peace and joy. She has been sharing about Jesus to panicked, hopeless, and comfortless medical professionals, family members and friends and seeing them receive her message. In the hospital where she works, not one of the infected patients have died and any staff that was infected has already been healed. She states that it takes just one person who is willing to raises their hands and cry out to God for their city amid this darkness and God will hear and heal our land.
We want to encourage you to “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might” (Eph.6:10). If you are going through any kind of sickness or facing other challenges in your life remember “He that raised Jesus from the dead, shall quicken (heal) your mortal body” (Rom. 8:11). So be courageous and full of faith, trusting God for all things.
You are in our constant prayers before the Lord. If you have lost your job, we are praying for things to turn around and miracles of provision to take place every day. Thank you for your prayers and financial support. Our pastors, missionaries and full-time workers and their families are doing a wonderful work. This is the time for a great harvest. We love you and greatly appreciate your partnership. Together we are reaching the lost and bringing healing and salvation.
In reaching the world for Jesus,
Guine Anderson
